Injury Reports

These can be either stand-alone, or created as part of an Accident Investigation. Either way allows you to record details about the person making the report as well as the injured person. Injury details include affected parts of the body, any injuries sustained and include recording the result of the Injury. Reports can be exported in a variety of formats and form part of our reporting facility.


COSHH Assessments

An extensive process which supports a review process to allow you to track any actions required. An assessment includes recording details of any applicable Safety Phrases and Risk Phrases, required equipment and handling procedures etc. Assessments can be exported in PDF and XML formats.

Forklift Assessments

Keep track of your Forklift vehicles. Includes the facility to set and report on a Review date. Forklifts are maintained only by a user who has Admin rights on the system.


Asbestos Management

Record and track any instances of Asbestos on your sites/buildings. Includes the facility to set and report on a Review date. Add photographs, Data sheets etc as required.

Reporting

ProSure+ provides an extensive set of reporting tools which allows you to retrieve sets of data presented in an easy to read graphical format. Most reports are configurable by setting date parameters and can be exported to a variety of formats including PDF and JPG.


Course Management

ProSure+ allows you to set up and configure courses on a Cost Centre basis. Events can then be lined up by date against a specific course and Delegates selected from your configured users.

Training Diary

ProSure+ provides users with HSO permissions an overview of all training recorded on the system via graphically presented calendar. This can be viewed by week, month or year. Each user on the system also has a view of courses for which they have been registered and HSO users can check that courses have been attended and when refreshers are due.
